My name is Marissa Anderson (Harman) and I'm the broker-owner of NV Broker & Associates. I've been licensed since early 2014 working for some of the most prominent names in the real estate industry before opening my own brokerage doors.

I'm a luxury high-rise and condo-hotel specialist. I dominate the downtown highrise loft market and am responsible for more unit sales and volume than any other agent in both Soho and Newport Lofts. I live, work and own in the downtown area and am always ready to help my neighbors maximize their values and buyers get great deals.

Since moving from the bustling City Center to the up-and-coming Arts District in 2015 I have expanded my business to include residential and commercial leasing, listings, and sales. Real estate is my passion because it allows me to help others achieve their goals.
